What if the tracking says βDeliveredβ but I didnβt receive it?
Please kindly check your mailbox, parcel locker, or with your neighbors first, as the carrier may have delivered the package nearby.
If it has been over 24 hours since it was marked as βDeliveredβ and you still havenβt received it, we recommend reaching out to your local carrier for further assistance.
We kindly ask for your understanding that if the package is confirmed as delivered by the carrier but is lost or cannot be located after delivery, we are unable to issue a refund or replacement in such cases.
