Mode Guide
1. Gently press the head against your skin and move it upward from the mouth along the cheekbone.

How often can I use the device?
The device can be used daily. Adjust the frequency based on your skin’s condition and comfort level.
How long should each session be?
We recommend using the device for about 3 minutes on each side of the face. For a full-face treatment, use for approximately 10 minutes per session, up to once a day.
Do I need to use the dedicated gel?
For optimal performance, we recommend using the device with the dedicated gel included in the set. The gel helps ensure smooth energy delivery while minimising potential skin irritation.
Do I need to wipe off the remaining gel after use?
There’s no need to wipe it off. If any residue feels uncomfortable, gently remove the excess with your hands or lightly wipe with a tissue.
Can I wash the device head with water or cleanser?
We recommend cleaning the head with water only. Using cleansers may leave residue around the edges of the device head.
Can I use a fast charger?
The device does not support fast charging. However, it can be safely connected to a fast-charging adapter and will charge at its standard charging speed.
How does the device work?
REPAIRA is an at-home beauty device that combines Radio Frequency (RF) and Electrical Muscle Stimulation (EMS). RF delivers thermal energy to the dermal layer to support collagen production, while EMS stimulates facial muscles to help improve the appearance of firmness. Can I use the device on areas other than my face, such as my neck, arms, or legs?

Can I use the device on areas with acne?
RF is not known to be directly associated with acne; however, we do not recommend using the device directly on inflamed or irritated areas. Avoid areas with active or severe breakouts until the skin has calmed.
Can I use the device during pregnancy or while breastfeeding?
We do not recommend using the device during pregnancy or while breastfeeding. If you wish to use it during this time, please consult your healthcare professional before use.
Does the device have an automatic shut-off feature?
Yes. Each mode runs for 6 minutes and automatically turns off when the session is complete.
